Nature of products
Our itineraries, maps, trip kits and guides are digital goods delivered instantly to your account after successful payment.
Cancellations
Because access is granted immediately, orders cannot be cancelled once the digital product has been unlocked.
Refunds
If you experience a genuine problem — for example you were charged but the product did not unlock, you were charged twice, or the content is materially defective — contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@hikiepsyche.com. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
Not eligible
A change of mind after the digital content has been accessed or downloaded is generally not eligible for a refund.
