About this trek

Kheerganga is the most popular short trek in the Parvati valley, climbing through pine forest and waterfalls to a meadow at about 2,960 m with natural hot springs and a small Shiva temple. The riverside trail from Barshaini past Kalga is beautiful and beginner-friendly.

A soak in the steaming spring with valley views is the perfect reward. It is an easy overnight trek and a great introduction to Himalayan trekking.
